This is a Union role and must join the union after 90 day probrationary period.

  Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

  • This is a full-time position. Day shift hours of work are Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  

Summary/Objective

Janitorial Maintenance personnel expected to perform cleaning throughout the premise and maintenance on all machines utilized e.g., floor buffer. Refuse and recycle removal.

 

Essential Functions

  • Perform all assigned tasks which may include but are not limited to the following.
  • Remove all refuse and recycled paper.
  • Clean and maintain offices, common areas and restrooms.
  • Maintain and stock various kitchen utensils and toiletries.
  • Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition defined by safety procedures.
  • Understand function and importance preventive maintenance.
  • Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations defined in Employee Hand- book and Employee Safety Manual.

 

                                  

  • Qualifications

    To perform this job satisfactorily, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have a general knowledge of 1) custodial duties and tasks, 2) good at time management to ensure all aspects of job are completed as needed, 3) must be committed to quality, safety and communication.

     

         Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related experience (preferred)

Compensation

Employee Type:  Hourly
Salary Minimum:  $40,000
Salary Maximum:  $45,000
Incentive:  Market
