Job Title:  Senior Technical Project Manager - Infrastructure and Integration

Location:

Berwyn, PA, US, 19312

Business Unit:  Nul
Posting Date:  Mar 23, 2026
Job Description:

The Senior Technical Project Manager is responsible for driving delivery of large, complex infrastructure programs, including the expansion of a secure Azure-based environment and the integration of acquired business entities into a common platform. You will operate at the center of execution—coordinating internal IT and cybersecurity teams alongside managed service providers and third-party partners—to ensure solutions are delivered on time, aligned to architecture standards, and ready for operational use.

This is not a compliance-led role. While the environment supports frameworks such as CMMC/NIST, the primary focus is end-to-end technical delivery, integration, and scalability across a multi-business environment.

How you will make an impact:

  • Lead delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs, including build out and continuous improvement of a secure Azure-based environment.
  • Drive M&A integration initiatives, enabling newly acquired entities to onboard into a standardized infrastructure and collaboration platform.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination across internal IT, business stakeholders, and external MSP/MSSP partners.
  • Lead third-party vendor and MSP execution, including:
    • Scope definition and alignment
    • Performance and delivery management
    • Dependency coordination and escalation
    • Acceptance of technical deliverables
  • Oversee infrastructure delivery across key domains to ensure successful execution of the programs you are leading:
    • Azure landing zones, governance, and subscription strategy
    • Network architecture
    • Identity and access management
    • Endpoint management and security
    • Monitoring and logging
    • Data resiliency
  • Establish and evolve a repeatable onboarding and integration framework for business units, including standards, templates, and validation processes.
  • Drive development of technical documentation, architecture artifacts, and operational procedures.
  • Lead testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities, ensuring smooth transition into steady-state operations.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and governance, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and strategic tradeoffs.
  • Manage program financials, including vendor spend, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization across business entities.
  • Partner with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure alignment with required frameworks (e.g., CMMC/NIST), supporting audit readiness as part of broader delivery.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other technical area.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical project or program management, focused on infrastructure and enterprise IT initiatives.
  • Proven track record delivering large, complex, multi-workstream infrastructure programs.
  • Direct experience supporting M&A integration or multi-entity onboarding, particularly from an infrastructure and collaboration perspective.
  • Strong experience managing managed service providers (MSPs), MSSPs, and third-party contract resources to execute technical delivery.
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred) and enterprise IT domains, including networking, identity, endpoint management, and security.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across IT, security, and business organizations.
  • Experience translating technical and compliance requirements into structured execution plans and deliverables.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executives, engineering teams, and external partners.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency with project and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Visio).

Additional skills:

  • Experience with Azure and Microsoft security ecosystem (Entra ID, Defender, Intune, Sentinel).
  • Familiarity with compliance-oriented environments (e.g., CMMC, NIST 800-171), with emphasis on implementation support.
  • Experience building or scaling secure, segmented enterprise environments.
  • Background in developing standardized, repeatable infrastructure platforms.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Azure (AZ-104/AZ-305), or security credentials (CISSP, CISM).
