The Creative Technologist is a technology-forward creative professional who specializes in leveraging AI-powered tools, design frameworks, and intelligent agents to build scalable, data-driven brand experiences. This role is rooted in innovation—driving efficiency, automation, and personalization across digital platforms. The Technologist applies advanced UX/UI methodologies, integrates emerging technologies, and contributes to the development of intelligent systems that enhance user engagement and operational performance.

Success in this role requires fluency in creative technologies, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. The Technologist will help architect digital ecosystems that align with enterprise goals, using AI and automation to streamline workflows and deliver measurable impact.

 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
AI, Technology & Frameworks

  • Deploy and optimize AI-powered design tools (e.g., Microsoft CoPilot, Adobe Firefly, other AI tools as identified) to accelerate creative production and enhance personalization.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of design frameworks and intelligent agents that support scalable brand systems.
  • Integrate front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms (Sitecore, SharePoint) into design workflows.
  • Participate in user research, data modeling, and usability testing to inform intelligent design decisions.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative AI, machine learning, and creative automation.

Strategic Design Systems

  • Build and maintain modular design systems that support dynamic content delivery across platforms.
  • Apply UX/UI principles to create adaptive interfaces that respond to user behavior and data inputs.
  • Architect automated workflows for asset production, versioning, and distribution using intelligent agents and scalable systems.
  • Collaborate with developers and data analysts to ensure seamless integration of design and technology.
  • Use AI analytics to measure creative performance and optimize user engagement.
  • Establish KPIs for intelligent design systems and track impact across platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with IT, product, and marketing teams to align creative technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Translate technical requirements into intuitive design solutions that support enterprise-wide adoption. 

Problem Solving & Adaptability

  • Take a proactive approach to problem solving, adapting to evolving project needs and overcoming creative challenges.
  • Apply strategic thinking to translate business objectives into innovative design solutions.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a technology-driven creative role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI-powered design tools, UX/UI frameworks, and front-end development.
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Suite.
  • Familiarity with intelligent agents, automation platforms, and CMS integrations.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work in AI-enhanced design, digital systems, and scalable frameworks.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for emerging tech and its application in brand experience.
  • The role is based in Berwyn, PA with travel as needed for collaborative projects.

Salary Minimum:  $65,000
