For our business unit AMETEK Brookfield’s business in Thailand, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative, based in the Bangkok office.

 

Your job as a Customer Service Representative with responsibility for the allocated territory shall include but not limited to:

  • New customer registration
  • Complete coordination with Middleboro team
  • Shipment tracking, readiness, dispatch
  • Invoicing for All direct orders
  • Payment tracking- Account receivables
  • Delivery management
  • Complete order process in ACCPAC
  • Shipment data management in ACCPAC
  • Duty clearance management with forwarder
  • Local sourcing supply
  • Local transportation management
  • Following SOP guidelines and ensuring adherence to laid out procedures
  • Order book management
  • End customer communication
  • Numbers reporting to local finance/RSM
  • Quote management- Spares/Accessories/Service/Calibration, quote preparation and management
  • Stock/Service parts inventory management
  • Cold calls, promotional emails, emailers, invitations for Lunch and Learns, webinars, seminars as per Sales team requirement
  • Creating & Maintaining Customer database
  • Creating & Maintaining End user database
  • Explore New customer base (upon requirements)
