The Salesforce Administrator will spend approximately 70% of their time on Salesforce administration, configuration, business process optimization, and user support, and 30% on development activities including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Agentforce implementations.
The candidate should have experience delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce, leveraging AI-driven automation and conversational experiences.
Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs

Overall Experience:
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience with Administration along with development.

Salesforce Strategy, Governance & Commercial Enablement:
In addition to core Salesforce administration and development responsibilities, this role will help advance the P&AI division’s Salesforce operating model by creating greater consistency, scalability, and business alignment across multiple Salesforce instances.
- Partner with sales, marketing, service, aftermarket, and business leadership to understand commercial priorities and translate them into practical Salesforce improvements that improve lead management, opportunity visibility, pipeline discipline, customer engagement, and reporting.
- Create and maintain a prioritized Salesforce work plan in partnership with stakeholders, balancing urgent support needs with strategic projects, technical debt reduction, data quality improvements, and commercial value creation.
- Apply a configuration-first mindset, recommending customization only when it provides clear business differentiation or measurable value; help reduce unnecessary complexity and promote maintainable, scalable solutions.
- Support the standardization of Salesforce processes, data fields, definitions, workflows, dashboards, and governance practices across P&AI business units while recognizing where local business needs require flexibility.
- Identify and document best practices across existing Salesforce instances, including lead scoring, opportunity management, account/contact data quality, service processes, installed-base data, reporting, and automation; recommend which practices should be shared, scaled, or adopted division-wide.
- Help establish and support a Salesforce Council or similar governance forum to review priorities, align roadmaps, assess new initiatives, evaluate enhancement requests, and promote continuous improvement across the division.
- Improve data integrity and adoption by defining required data standards, supporting cleanup and deduplication efforts, troubleshooting sync issues, and partnering with business users to ensure Salesforce data can support marketing automation, customer intelligence, forecasting, and executive reporting.
- Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs that help leadership monitor pipeline health, lead conversion, sales activity, service performance, installed-base opportunities, and organic growth indicators.
- Serve as a proactive Salesforce partner to the business by recommending process improvements, documenting requirements, communicating tradeoffs, training users, and ensuring Salesforce enhancements are tied to measurable commercial outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Must be Salesforce Certified Administrator
