Job Title: Tech Lead- Software Engineer

AMETEK Sensors, Test, and Calibration (STC), a part of AMETEK, Inc. needs a Calibration and Operations Software Engineer to build and maintain the software and systems used by the Calibration and Operations teams across STC’s factories and sites. This role works closely with Calibration and Operations to define and improve software to increase efficiencies within factories and streamline calibration processes.
We use C#, .NET, C++, and JavaScript to build our products with support from tools like GitHub, Octopus Deploy, and TeamCity. You will use these and other technologies of your choice to grow and maintain our calibration software and systems.
Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining applications and services used to manage calibration processes and manufacturing services.
- Supporting the calibration team with hands-on problem solving and deep incident analysis.
- Building automated diagnostic services and tools to configure and observe the systems in real-time.
- Be responsible for yourself and your colleagues by working self-directly under minimal supervision and guidance.
