Job Title: Sr. Sales Executive

We are growing and we are looking to expand our team globally. This position will focus on selling into the Aerospace, Space & Defense Industries.
Selling our proprietary products and services to new and current users, this position is accountable for achieving aggressive targets for revenue, gross marking and operating profit.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for achieving ambitious annual targets for revenue, gross margin and operating profit within assigned territory.
- Manage the complete sales cycle including the preparation of proposals, sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Develop strong customer relationships to ensure long-term customer retention and future sales opportunities.
- Identify high-potential prospects amongst existing and potential customers, and regularly bring on new business.
- Provide detailed account information to the Sr. Director on both prospects and customers by using tools (such as CRM/SalesForce and other) and managing a sales pipeline for accurate forecasting of revenue.
- Collaborate with Operations, Service and Engineering departments to ensure a complete solution is provided to the customer.
- Support the Regional Director in the development of budgets for sales region.
- Support the sales related efforts of Product Management by providing industry information, supporting product launches etc.
- Represent the Company at relevant industry exhibitions and present new product opportunities as scheduled for release; participate in product demonstrations as required.
- Participate in regularly scheduled sales meetings
We are looking for:
- 8+ years of outside sales experience.
- 5+ years sales experience in a technical product or service environment.
- Experience in the aerospace, space, and or defense industry as an asset.
- Local language should be a requirement
- Good Communicative English language skills, capable of communicating complex technical and commercial subjects in written and spoken English. Other languages would be an advantage.
- Strong general business acumen and the ability to operate independently.
- Experience with cold reach out techniques to develop new contacts/business
- Experience with contract negotiation and review.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks with different complexities.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Proven experience in responsibility of forecasting and budgeting for respective regions.
- Experience with the long sales cycle.
