Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sitecore XM Cloud Developer with a strong background in UX/UI design and extensive knowledge of Sitecore XM Cloud CMS with passion for creating seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with graphic designers and digital marketing teams. Experience with tools like Figma and adhering to UX/UI best practices to deliver innovative, user-friendly digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Maintenance

• Build and maintain Global Vision Research & Forza websites hosted on Sitecore CMS, ensuring responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Develop scalable software solutions by leveraging UX/UI best practices to enhance usability and accessibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, while continuously improving the user experience with the existing Sitecore CMS

UX/UI Design & Integration

• Lead the implementation of intuitive, user-centered designs that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to integrate visual assets into functional, interactive web experiences.
• Use tools like Figma to review, refine, and implement design mockups and wireframes.
• Apply design systems, typography, and color theory principles to ensure a cohesive and compelling user interface.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to maximize user satisfaction.

Digital Marketing & Stakeholder Support

• Partner with digital marketing specialists to optimize web content and designs for SEO, SEM, and user engagement, leveraging data-driven insights.
• Provide regular project status updates and actively participate in meetings and calls to align with global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Ametek IT Corporate Team and India Team to ensure adherence to internal branding policies and deliver solutions within the constraints of existing toolsets and permissions.

Collaboration & Agile Workflow

• Work effectively with overseas teams, including a US-based headquarters and other global teams, ensuring clear, proactive, and enthusiastic communication across time zones.
• Participate in agile software development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate on cross-regional projects to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions with the other marketing team members.

Continuous Improvement & Ownership

• Stay up to date on the latest development tools, UX/UI trends, Sitecore and programming techniques by attending educational opportunities and reading industry publications.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within team workflows and toolsets.
• Take ownership of digital services and applications, ensuring scalability and long-term performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer with proven expertise in Sitecore XM Cloud CMS.
• Strong background and understanding in UX/UI design, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, with a deep understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Proven experience integrating graphic design assets into functional web interfaces.
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and mobile-first development.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams, including overseas and HQ-based teams in the US.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and concise messaging across diverse teams and time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile development environments, including sprint-based workflows.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to bridge design and development.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTAG), and other marketing analytics tools.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft suite of tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
