Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sitecore Specialist with XM Cloud (XMC) experience to support website management, content publishing, website optimisation, and digital experience initiatives across multiple business units. The primary focus of this role will be Sitecore platform administration, content management, and website enhancements, with SEO expertise considered a strong advantage.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud, website governance, content publishing workflows, and digital best practices. Exposure to SEO and website performance optimisation will be an added benefit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain websites built on Sitecore XM Cloud (XMC).
  • Create, edit, publish, and manage website content across multiple business units.
  • Configure and maintain content structures, templates, components, and page layouts.
  • Support website enhancements, migrations, and platform optimisation initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot content, publishing, and functionality issues.
  • Coordinate with developers and business stakeholders for website improvements.
  • Ensure website content aligns with brand guidelines and governance standards.
  • Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to user experience, crawlability, and indexation issues
  • Assist in migration projects and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Perform website SEO audits and recommend corrective actions.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, redirects, internal linking, and content optimisation.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience managing websites using Sitecore CMS.
  • Hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud (XMC).
  • Strong understanding of content publishing workflows and website governance.
  • Experience managing enterprise websites for multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website fundamentals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or Silk tide.
  • Knowledge of technical SEO, schema markup, redirects, and site migrations.
  • Experience working in a Shared Services or multi-business-unit environment.
