Job Title:  Sitecore Specialist

Primary Focus - Website Management, Content Authoring, SEO

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain content on the Sitecore CMS platform for two Telular websites: SkyBitz.com and Telguard.com, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality standards.
• Assist with the Sitecore migration projects for the Telguard and SkyBitz websites, supporting content migration, validation, QA, and post‑migration optimization.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging and optimized content for various website pages, including landing pages, blog posts, product descriptions, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content requirements, ensure alignment with brand guidelines, and enhance the user experience.
• Perform regular content audits and updates to ensure relevance, freshness, and search engine optimization.
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, website traffic, and rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities for optimization and content gaps.
• Optimize website content, metadata, URLs, and internal linking structure to improve search engine visibility and crawlability.
• Resize, crop, and optimize stock photography using Adobe Photoshop for use on website resource pages.
• Stay updated on SEO industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to incorporate them into the overall strategy.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for Sitecore AI, supporting headless content delivery and modern web architectures.
• Leverage Sitecore AI capabilities to support personalization, content optimization, and performance insights.
• Assist with Telular monthly KPI reporting, including maintaining and updating marketing and website performance spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience working with Sitecore CMS in enterprise web environments.
• Proven experience with Sitecore CMS, including content management, page creation, publishing, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud; experience with composable or headless CMS architectures preferred.
• Experience with Sitecore AI for personalization, analytics, or content optimization.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques.
• Experience with SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
