Rauland-Borg Corporation is looking for a talented and passionate Front-end Developer who wants to make an impact in the medical & education space. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Developer with deep expertise in Angular and modern front-end technologies to lead design/architecture decisions, mentor team members, and drive innovation in healthcare and education solutions that are used by thousands of healthcare providers and patients worldwide for the latest in acute and long-term care facilities. This role requires strong technical leadership, collaboration across teams, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of Programming Experience
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science engineering or Equivalent

 

Accountabilities:

  • Product
    • Design and development of complex front-end applications using Angular v14+ and JavaScript.
    • Define and enforce coding standards, performance optimization, and security best practices.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
    • Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
    • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
    • Drive adoption of modern front-end tools, frameworks, and CI/CD practices.
    • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
  • People
    • Collaborate with developers to build standard Design & Architecture of client and web based .NET software modules
    • Work with the assigned software architect to design and code solutions.
    • Work with verification and validation engineers to resolve test failures.
    • Work with the technical support group to troubleshoot field problems.

 

Must have Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Angular (latest versions) and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Solid understanding of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with RxJS, NgRx, or other state management libraries.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
  • Knowledge of Webpack, npm, webpack, and build optimization techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to architect scalable solutions.
  • Experience with Unit Testing (Jasmine, Karma) and E2E Testing (Protractor, Cypress).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

 

Nice to have Skills:

  • Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
