Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels. The role focuses on driving traffic, generating qualified leads, and improving campaign performance through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, social, email, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels (AEO/GEO)
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) to maximize ROI
  • Leverage AI tools for campaign optimization, keyword research, content, and audience targeting.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like GA4, Power BI, or similar
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to deliver high-impact marketing assets
  • Improve website performance through SEO/AEO/GEO, CRO, and user experience enhancements
  • Manage lead generation funnels and support pipeline creation and progression
  • Ensure alignment with business unit goals and marketing objectives

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO, SEM, paid media, and analytics tools (GA4, Google Ads), knowledge of Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore, AEM, WordPress)
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing and lead lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Power Automate.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
