About Function:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the organization's Salesforce platform. The role includes managing user accounts, customizations, data integrity, security, and providing technical support to ensure optimal use of Salesforce functionalities. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders from business units, technical teams, and leadership to deliver reports, dashboard and advanced analytics.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- User Management: Understanding of Salesforce security models for OWDs, Profiles, Permission Sets and Sharing Rules. Manage user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure proper access and security across Salesforce instances.
- Customization & Configuration: Build and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts based on business requirements.
- Reports & Dashboards: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Automation: Declarative customization including the creation of Flow, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Reports and Dashboards
- Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with security best practices, including managing security settings and adhering to GDPR/CCPA regulations.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions.
- Data Management: Maintain data integrity by performing regular data cleansing, deduplication, and importing/exporting data as required.
- Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions for users and create documentation for processes, best practices, and solutions.
- Release Management: Manage Salesforce release updates, test new features, and implement changes as needed.
- Third Party Integrations: Manage and support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems (ERP, marketing tools, and other applications).
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, IT, and operations, to understand business needs and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
Candidate Requirement:
Overall Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator Hands-on experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Experience Cloud
- Experience migrating data from source to Salesforce using Data Loader and advanced SOQL
- Ability to analyse business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Experience in performing Root cause analysis of the Issues and maintenance of the Salesforce
- Ability to independently drive requirements discussions with multiple business stakeholders
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
- Salesforce Admin certification is mandatory
