Job Title:  SOP Specialist

The SOP Specialist is responsible for the customer order recognition & fulfilment including the key ERP transactions of order booking, backlog management for Paragon BU.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for incoming order or contract review & validation for adherence to the Ametek Compliance and SOP policy.
• Enter orders or contract into ERP(Visual) for assigned Business unit.
• Place order to BU HQ and send confirmation to end customer.
• Invoice creation post the inventory is received at warehouse
• Check advance payment required before shipment and/or AR status.
• Follow up deliveries and order in any phase until the customer receives goods.
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager.
• Fulfilment of parts for backlog

Knowledge and skill requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs
• Minimum of 5-6 years of working experience in handling order management, customer service or sales administration
• Can work proactively, independently and accountably,  and detail-oriented
• Good understanding and experience of AI Application for daily order processing, e.g.: Copilot
• Knowledge of ERP – preferably Microsoft Navision, Visual, SAP
• Knowledge of commercial practice and Compliance regulations
• Good communication skills
• Good command of verbal and written English
• Chinese language will be a plus
