Job Title:  SAP Testing Lead

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP Testing Manager with extensive hands-on experience in Tosca Tricentis to lead and manage our SAP testing initiatives in AMETEK. The successful candidate will oversee the testing processes for SAP implementations, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards across all BUs in AMETEK. This role requires strong leadership, in-depth technical knowledge, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

This role requires close coordination with various business, Corporate IT and other multiple teams within the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with all internal stakeholders in AMETEK to define scope, deliverables, and timelines for testing initiatives.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive SAP testing strategies and frameworks
• Develop and manage the end-to-end SAP testing lifecycle, including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Utilize Tosca Tricentis for designing, automating, and executing test cases across SAP modules.
• Ensure optimal usage of Tosca's capabilities, including model-based testing, continuous integration, and end-to-end automation.
• Provide mentorship and training to the testing team on Tosca best practices and advanced functionalities.
• Work closely with SAP functional consultants, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and issues.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive automation initiatives.

Candidate Requirement:

• Overall 10 years of experience in SAP Testing area along with 3-5 years of hands-on experience on Tosca Tricentis.
• Proven expertise in SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, etc.) and integration testing.
• Strong understanding of Tosca functionalities, including test case design, automation frameworks, and continuous integration.
• Experience in managing testing teams and delivering high-quality results in SAP environments.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong exposure to working with senior business leaders and presenting business case and status update
• Good people management

Required Skills:

• Certification in Tosca Tricentis and/or SAP modules is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
• Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact with business leaders
• Experience in handling teams

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
