SAP Commerce – Business Analyst

Key responsibilities:

As our SAP Commerce (Hybris) Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in:

  • Conducting detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a successful SAP Commerce implementation.
  • Liaising between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and translated into effective e-commerce solutions.
  • Mapping out and documenting business processes and requirements, including functional specifications and user stories.
  • Working closely with project managers, developers, and UX teams to deliver seamless, high-quality digital commerce platforms.
  • Conducting market research and staying abreast of SAP Commerce (Hybris) trends and advancements to recommend strategic improvements.
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and time constraints.
  • Facilitating user acceptance testing and supporting post-launch activities to guarantee smooth adoption and optimization.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly Hybris) ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of B2B e-commerce processes, challenges, and best practices.
  • Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Technical knowledge of BTP and Impex file solution
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a knack for balancing technical solutions with business needs.
  • A collaborative spirit, eager to work across disciplines and geographies to achieve the best outcomes.

 

Desirable Attributes:

  • Certification in SAP Commerce Cloud is highly advantageous.
  • Experience with other e-commerce platforms and integrations is a plus.
  • A forward-thinking mindset, always exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance our offerings.
