Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain business workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Build modern business applications using Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 technologies
- Create, configure, and optimize AI agents using Copilot Studio, including knowledge sources, topics, actions, and feedback mechanisms
- Develop intelligent automation solutions using AI Builder and approved Azure AI services
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decisions and measure solution performance
- Integrate business solutions with enterprise platforms using standard connectors, custom connectors, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph
- Develop lightweight custom components using Python, C#, JavaScript, or Azure Functions when required
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and supportable technical solutions
- Apply Power Platform best practices for environment management, security, governance, and application lifecycle management
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize solution performance, and ensure operational reliability
- Document configurations, technical designs, dependencies, and support procedures while facilitating knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to continuously improve automation, AI capabilities, and development standards
- Ensure compliance with data security requirements, IT policies, and applicable quality standards
What will help you succeed at FARO CREAFORM
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps
- Practical knowledge of Dataverse and SharePoint Online
- Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or similar AI and intelligent automation platforms
- Experience working with Power BI, REST APIs, JSON, authentication concepts, and system integrations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, Azure OpenAI, or Azure AI Document Intelligence is considered an asset
- Programming experience in at least one language such as Python, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or SQL
- Understanding of software development, testing, documentation, and application lifecycle management practices
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to evolving requirements
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams
- English, both written and verbal
