Job Overview: 
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist to design, execute, and optimize marketing automation programs that generate qualified leads, improve customer engagement, and support business growth across multiple business units.

This role will be responsible for leveraging the full capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot) to create effective campaigns, customer journeys, nurture programs, audience segmentation, and lead engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience building sophisticated B2B marketing automation programs that generate engagement, accelerate customer acquisition, and improve marketing effectiveness through data-driven personalization and automation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Management:
    • Administer and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform.
    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
    • Conduct regular data audits to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Marketing Automation:
    • Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot).
    • Design and execute automated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and pipeline growth.
    • Build and optimize customer journeys, nurture programs, email campaigns, lead-scoring models, and audience segmentation strategies.
    • Create targeted campaigns that engage prospects at different stages of the buying journey.
    • Develop and maintain automated workflows that improve marketing efficiency and lead progression.
    • Leverage personalization, dynamic content, and behavioral triggers to improve campaign performance.
    • Conduct ongoing testing and optimization of campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and lead quality.
    • Manage audience segmentation, campaign assets, automation workflows, forms, landing pages, and reporting.
    • Ensure accurate synchronization between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud platforms.
    • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.

 

  • Training and Support:
    • Provide training and ongoing support to users of Salesforce and Pardot.
    • Develop documentation and training materials to enhance team proficiency.

 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation.
    • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Salesforce and marketing automation.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
    • Participate in strategic planning sessions to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 – 7 years of experience in the field of Marketing Automation and Salesforce
  • Proven experience with Salesforce administration and Pardot platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification and/or Pardot certifications are a plus.
