Job Title: Marketing Automation & Email Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Automation & Email Marketing Specialist with 5–7 years of experience and strong expertise in Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement). This role will own end-to-end marketing automation and email marketing operations, drive scalable processes, ensure data integrity, and act as a subject-matter expert for campaign execution and marketing-to-sales alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation (Pardot)
- Own and architect advanced automation using Engagement Studio, automation rules, dynamic lists, and completion actions
- Design and optimize lead lifecycle automation (lead capture, scoring, grading, routing, MQL management)
- Ensure best practices for Pardot–Salesforce integration, sync behavior, and field management
Email Marketing (Core Ownership)
- Own end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution (nurture programs, newsletters, product launches, events/webinars)
- Build and manage scalable email templates, personalization, segmentation, and testing (A/B)
- Drive email performance optimization across deliverability, engagement, and conversion metrics
Salesforce & Campaign Operations
- Manage Salesforce campaigns, campaign member automation, and reporting alignment
- Ensure clean and timely marketing-to-sales handoff (MQL → SQL)
- Proactively troubleshoot Salesforce–Pardot sync, campaign, and data issues
Reporting, Optimization & Governance
- Define and track KPIs for email and automation performance (leads, MQLs, conversion rates)
- Support dashboards and reporting in Salesforce / Pardot
- Create documentation, SOPs, templates, and governance guidelines for automation and email
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Act as a go-to expert for marketing automation and email marketing
- Partner with BU marketers, digital teams, and sales stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and review automation/email setups as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
Must-Have
- 5–7 years of experience in Marketing Automation & Email Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement)
- Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM (Leads, Contacts, Campaigns, Campaign Members)
- Proven experience managing complex nurture journeys and email programs
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and process ownership skills
Good to Have
- B2B marketing operations or demand generation experience
- Knowledge of email deliverability, compliance, and optimization best practices
- Experience working in shared-services or multi-BU environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Pardot / Salesforce Marketing Automation certifications (preferred)
- Experience with reporting tools and dashboards (Salesforce, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Exposure to workflow or integration automation tools (nice to have)
