Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Manage end to end Recruitment Cycle for non-engineering, India and the Middle East
- Responsible for recruiting across all levels from entry-level to senior management roles.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the organisation's needs.
- Responsible for Recruitment data & reporting of key metrics
- Help the company achieve its strategic vision and future growth for AMETEK INDIA as an Employer of Choice
- Driving a strong sense of integrity, ethics and culture in the organisation by having tight controls and policies.
- Support HR initiatives as and when needed.
Candidate Requirement:
- Total 9-12 years of overall experience in recruiting lateral hires for skills such as Sales, Finance, Digital Marketing etc.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management
- Hands on sourcing with a combination of Portal, Referral, Social media especially LinkedIn, Headhunting, Databases, Google strings and other effective sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust, credibility, and strong, productive relationships.
- Educational qualification of bachelor’s degree, MBA is preferred
- Work Experience in Product based company is preferred
- Experience in hiring Engineering skills such as Firmware, Hardware, C#, C Etc. would be an added advantage
- Understand technology know-how at a high level
- Proven ability to work positively, collaboratively, and professionally within a team and across a global organization.
