Job Summary:  
The Record to Report (R2R) professional is responsible for managing and executing end-to
end accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role plays a 
key part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, compliance with accounting 
standards, and continuous improvement of financial operations. 


Key Responsibilities: 

 Knowledge of AI application in Finance process
 End-to-End R2R Process Management - Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year
end closing activities and ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial 
statements 
 General Ledger Accounting - Preparation, review and post journal entries, accruals, 
and adjustments. Perform Bank and Balance sheet account reconciliations, variance 
analysis and Management reports. 
 Fixed Assets & Intercompany Accounting - Maintain fixed asset register and 
depreciation schedules. Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations. 
 Compliance & Controls - Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX compliance. 
Support statutory audits and internal audits. 
 Process Improvements - Identify gaps and implement process improvement 
initiatives. Drive automation and efficiency improvements in the R2R processes. 
 SAP Expertise: Support SAP implementation projects as an end user, including UAT 
and process mapping. 
 Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global 
stakeholders. Provide timely reporting and insights to management. 
 Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and process compliance. 
 Process the transactions accurately, in accordance with SOP, Policy and Accepted 

Required Skills 
 Experience in SAP implementation (end-user perspective). 
 Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. 
 Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools. 
 Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. 
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
 Experience in process improvement projects and automation tools.
