Job Description & Requirements
Your Impact:
Prestolite Power is looking for an experienced Lab technician/test support engineer who will help us in prototype assembly, lab test setup and product testing activity of forklift charger product line.
What You'll Do:
- Prototype BOM procurement and assembly in coordination with other engineers.
- PCBA assembly
- Support the team in prototype board power up.
- Lab test setup for different functional, compliance and reliability tests.
- Support engineer in product testing and test data collection.
- Responsible for lab material inventory.
- Responsible for lab equipment calibration & service requirement.
Do You Have?..
- At least 10 years’ experience in power converter assembly &testing.
- Working knowledge of various lab equipment (eg. Multimeter, oscilloscope, LCR meter etc)
- Diploma/ITI in electrical/electronics.
- Proficient in electronic component packages and assembly.
- Working experience in various functional tests of power converter.
- Experience in power semiconductor (IGBT,MOSFET) heatsink assembly.
- Experience in complete power electronic system assembly with magnetics, display, enclosure etc.
- Experience reading schematics and data sheets for components.
- Good experience in wire harness assembly.
- Quick learner and self-motivated
- Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
