Engineer Pedagogical

Our instruments measure elemental and isotopic composition in materials down to atomic resolution and equip government and university labs as well as high-tech industrial companies around the world.

Under the supervision of the Training & Skills Development Manager, the Instructional Designer plays a pivotal role in the design, production, and coordination of educational content. Working closely with subject matter experts and the technical writer, they transform the company's expertise into clear, relevant, and impactful learning materials, thereby contributing to the dissemination and enhancement of the organization's strategic knowledge.

KEY RESPONSABILITES 

Instructional Design and Storyboarding
-    Support experts in writing the instructional design and creating the storyboard.
-    Determine the appropriate teaching methods (in-person, remote, e-learning, Blended Learning).

Content Creation and Digitization
-    Process video and/or photo captures of our analytical instruments for the development of technical training based on identified needs.
-    Translate instructional content into Digital Learning training materials.

Training Production and Management
-    Design and produce training modules.
-    Provide ongoing support and technical assistance to learners throughout the training process.
-    Assist in coordinating the various stages of design and deployment of training programs.
-    Ensure monitoring and reporting of the digital learning platform.
Monitoring and Innovation in Digital Learning
-    Stay informed about the latest trends in digital learning, educational technologies, and pedagogy.
-    Experiment with and implement innovative tools and methods to enhance training programs.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 

-  English level: C2;

-   Master's degree in the field of digital content creation.
-   At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial and/or technical sector.

PROFESSIONNAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED & ABILITIES 

-  Must have a perfect command of Articulate 360 and a strong ability to adapt to new tools;
-  Strong skills in classroom and distance teaching engineering;
-  With a strong digital culture;
-  Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy and versatility.
