As an Email Marketing Specialist at FARO CREAFORM, you will collaborate with international teams and support the production, deployment, and optimization of email communications across multiple languages, regions, and business units. What you'll do:
- Build, integrate, configure, and deploy email communications using Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
- Produce and manage multilingual email campaigns in up to 9 languages
- Support global marketing campaigns, newsletters, channel communications, and nurturing programs
- Configure tracking parameters, personalization elements, links, and calls-to-action
- Perform quality assurance testing across devices, browsers, and email clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email rendering, tracking, and configuration
- Create, maintain, and update email templates and reusable communication assets
- Manage dynamic lists, audience segmentation, and campaign scheduling
- Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and quality standards across all communications
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional marketing teams
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
- Experience producing and deploying email marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Pardot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
- Understanding of audience segmentation, dynamic lists, and nurturing programs
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email marketing
- Experience with email testing and quality assurance processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience working with standardized processes and documentation
- Understanding of email marketing compliance and consent requirements
- English communication skills
