Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Operations (Core Responsibility)
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (SAP Commerce, BigCommerce, or similar).
- Support end-to-end SAP e-commerce initiatives, including BigCommerce-to-SAP migration and website releases.
- Maintain product catalog accuracy, including pricing, descriptions, and digital content.
- Monitor website performance, user journeys, and conversion metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Execute merchandising strategies, promotions, and online campaigns.
- Drive UX/UI improvements to enhance overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with IT, product, and marketing teams to implement platform enhancements.
- Maintain and update platform documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Generate and manage recurring reports and scripts on a daily and weekly basis.
- Contribute to customer-facing digital content, including Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
- Support development of customer portals and enhancements to overall digital experience.
Digital Experience & Content Development
- Develop, edit, and deliver digital learning materials (e.g., procedures, videos, interactive content) for customers and partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey across digital touchpoints.
- Support website design improvements to better meet customer and partner needs.
Digital Marketing Support (Preferred)
- Provide support on digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, SEM, email, and paid media, as needed.
- Contribute to optimizing website and campaign content to enhance traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Assist in reviewing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Reporting & Analytics (Preferred)
- Support reporting activities using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insights for decision-making.
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce roles.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris), BigCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, workflows, and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to digital marketing (SEO, paid media, and content strategies).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM reporting tools.
- Experience in B2B or industrial sectors.
- AI automation experience
