Job Description:  We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Control Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the configuration, documentation, and change control processes for our product line. This role is critical to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our product documentation and support the efficient release and revision of documents.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Configuration Management: Maintain and manage the configuration of product documentation, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accurately reflect the current state of the product.
  • Bills of Materials (BOM): Create, update, and manage bills of materials for the Phantom high-speed camera products, ensuring all components are correctly documented.
  • Document Release and Revisions: Oversee the release and revision process for all product documentation, including technical manuals, user guides, and engineering drawings.
  • Change Control: Implement and manage change control processes to ensure all changes to product documentation are properly reviewed, approved, and documented.
  • Change Control Board (CCB): Chair the Change Control Board meetings, facilitating discussions and decisions on proposed changes to product documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure documentation aligns with product specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure all documentation practices comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 3-5 Years proven experience in document control, configuration management, and change control processes.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems.
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Familiarity with high-speed imaging technology and products is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in document management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
