As the Digital Marketing Team Lead, you will manage a team of talented professionals based in India and oversee campaigns, SEO, website strategies, and analytics to deliver measurable business results. You’ll collaborate with international teams and play a critical role in supporting Zygo’s mission to remain at the forefront of precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Execution and Optimization

• Develop and manage digital campaigns across global media channels to generate leads and drive opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve key KPIs, including MQLs, eCommerce sales, and ROI.
• Oversee PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and manage vendor partnerships for optimal results.
• Implement SEO strategies using tools like Ahrefs and Silktide to improve rankings.
• Leverage Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager for performance analysis.

Website and Content Strategy

• Enhance website user experiences to improve lead conversion and eCommerce engagement.
• Partner with the creative team to produce compelling content across digital channels, including webinars, email campaigns, and social media.

Performance Analytics and Insights

• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Prepare detailed reports to guide data-driven decisions.

Strategic Leadership and Team Management

• Define objectives and a growth plan for the Digital Center of Excellence in India.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3+ digital marketing professionals to execute high-quality campaigns.
• Align with global stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Develop relationships with international agencies, vendors, freelancers, and consultants, etc. to execute web marketing strategies tailored to regions.

Additional Responsibilities

• Contribute to launching global eCommerce stores and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–10 years in digital marketing, including supervisory roles.
• Proven experience managing digital campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in SEO, paid media, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in tools like GA4, Google Ads, Ahrefs, and marketing automation platforms like Pardot.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and CMS systems.
• Familiar with AI tools for marketing automation, analytics, or content generation to enhance campaign efficiency.
• Familiarity with PowerBI and dashboard creation is a plus.
• Strong project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
