Job Description: 

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports multichannel demand generation by executing and optimizing digital activities across SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing. This role contributes to pipeline creation by improving online visibility, driving qualified traffic, and supporting campaign performance across paid and organic channels. The specialist works closely with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent execution, clear processes, and scalable best practices.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Support Social Media Marketing initiatives on LinkedIn and Meta (organic + paid amplification when needed).
  • Contribute to SEO activities: keyword research, on‑page optimization, content recommendations, and performance tracking.
  • Build and refine audiences using platform targeting, behavioral data, and retargeting pools.
  • Monitor cross‑channel performance and apply optimizations to improve CTR, CVR, CPL, and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Implement tracking elements (UTMs, pixels, conversion events) to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Produce dashboards and performance reports using GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools.
  • Maintain documentation, naming conventions, and scalable structures for consistent digital execution.
  • Collaborate with digital, content, creative, regional teams, and sales to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Manage multiple digital tasks and projects while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.

 

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, and/or SMM).
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, GEO and EEAT principles.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience with ABM tools (6sense, ZoomInfo, Demandbase) is a plus, not required.
