Bison is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow the organization by executing digital marketing channel activities. As an integral member of the marketing team, you’ll partner with marketing leadership to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels, including email, social media, website, paid advertising platforms, and more. In this role, you’ll work closely with marketing team members and partners across other internal lines of business to define our message strategy and opportunities to reach new audiences in digital marketing channels.

 

What you will do:

  • Assist in migrating existing content, including landing pages, forms, workflows, emails, and other assets from the existing marketing automation system to a new platform.
  • Build, optimize PPC, and display ad campaigns, reporting KPIs monthly ensuring Bison meets targets.
  • Build and optimize effective landing pages in both Pardot and Sitecore, driving buyers to initiate a project with a Bison engineer.
  • Use on and off page SEO strategies and tactics to drive organic traffic to our website, as well as monitor how to improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
  • Migrate blogs from an existing platform to our new Sitecore website.
  • Develop and upload new content (articles, videos, case studies, white papers, and more) to Sitecore blogs and other sections based on keyword research.
  • Set up Google Analytics goals and deliver routine analytics to senior management illustrating key measurement metrics and how they stack up to our competitors.
  • Create reports monthly measuring actionable leading and lagging metrics and recommend countermeasures for tactics missing targets.
  • Input KPIs monthly for corporate from multiple reports including Salesforce.com dashboard and Power BI reports.

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing digital marketing in-house, or at an agency.
  • Strong working knowledge of Sitecore, Pardot, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Bing, etc.  Basic knowledge of HTML and content management systems is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of the value selling concept. Ability to help identify, communicate, and support new business opportunities.
  • Ability to understand and communicate market trends and specific customer needs.
  • Technical and overall business acumen (Electrical and/or Mechanical background preferred).
  • Computer and software proficiency (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
