Creaform Engineering – Crank are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for SEO and digital acquisition and will be responsible for the growth of our inbound marketing program. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the internet can become a strong asset of growth. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our paid and organic marketing campaigns.

 

Responsibilities

  • Setup, management and optimization of SEM and social ad programs on channels such as Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Native Advertising
  • Complete post-campaign performance analysis and identify new paid media opportunities
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to increase SEO and SEM traffic including backlink outreach and website updates (including implementation)
  • Complete keyword research and implement website optimizations based on new keywords
  • Regular campaign optimization and reporting on campaign KPIs and ROI
  • Identify areas of improvement for performance, process, ad ops, and/or technological efficiencies by staying atop the latest industry news and trends, including the newest ad formats, bidding methodologies, and beta programs
  • Other related duties, as required

 

Requirements

  • Thorough understanding and experience in all facets of digital marketing and search engine/social media marketing is required to be successful in this role.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital ad campaign strategy and management.
  • Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform products - YouTube Advertising and Google Ads, and Performance Max.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Advertising.
  • Ability to look at data/numbers to see trends and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Facebook Blueprint certified
  • Google Ads and Analytics certified
  • Google Marketing Platform Certified
  • Sitecore CMS and XM Cloud Portal experience
  • Pardot experience
