Role Overview

The Digital Marketing - Shared Service Lead for AMS division will be pivotal in driving the transition from individual business marketing to a shared division marketing model, ensuring alignment across the division. The leader will manage division-wide resources, oversee project execution, and foster collaboration between local and global teams. Strong communication and change-management skills are essential to guide stakeholders through this transformation.  This role will also bring innovative fresh ideas and solutions to enhance marketing performance and elevate customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies that support the division’s shared service model.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to business units to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Resource Management
    • Oversee division-wide marketing resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
    • Prioritize projects based on business strategy and optimize resource allocation across teams and projects for maximum impact.

    • Build strong relationships with internal teams and business leaders to align marketing priorities.
    • Act as a liaison between India-based teams and global stakeholders.
    • Foster a global and team culture of collaboration, learning and sharing.

    • Lead communication efforts to support the transition to a shared marketing structure.
    • Create and drive adoption of new processes and tools across the division.

Qualifications & Preferred Background

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
