Job Description:
The Digital Campaign & Virtual Events Specialist plays a dual role in supporting demand generation and delivering high‑quality virtual experiences. This position manages the end‑to‑end execution of global virtual events (webinars, NPIs, live digital sessions) while also coordinating evergreen full‑funnel digital campaigns across SEM, Paid Social, retargeting, email nurturing, and ABM. The specialist ensures operational excellence, strong cross‑team alignment, and continuous performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute global virtual events with flawless delivery across time zones.
- Manage event logistics: platform setup, registration pages, email sequences, speaker preparation, dry runs, and technical readiness.
- Host or support live events, manage presenters, monitor chats/Q&A, and resolve issues in real time.
- Maintain and communicate the global virtual events calendar.
- Track event performance and produce post‑event insights and recommendations.
- Design and coordinate evergreen full‑funnel digital campaigns (SEM, Paid Social, retargeting, nurturing, ABM).
- Define campaign flows, targeting logic, and channel mix to ensure best‑practice execution.
- Collaborate with Digital team members who activate campaigns in ad platforms.
- Manage ABM execution in 6sense, including segmentation, activation, optimization, and testing.
- Conduct quality assurance on tracking, UTMs, assets, and funnel logic before launch.
- Analyze A/B or multivariate tests and identify optimization opportunities.
- Deliver performance reporting using GA4, Looker Studio, 6sense, and provide actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience in digital marketing, virtual events, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SEM, Paid Social, retargeting, and nurturing workflows.
- Experience with ABM platforms (6sense strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with virtual event platforms such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, Teams, WebEx, ON24, etc.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and effective in fast‑paced environments.
