Role Summary 

The Digital Advertising Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across search engines and social media platforms to support multichannel demand generation. This role focuses on driving qualified traffic, improving campaign performance, and contributing to pipeline creation. The specialist will manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver clear processes, documentation, and scalable campaign structures that support the broader marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. 

  • Build and manage paid social campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads (Reddit Ads optional but beneficial). 

  • Build audiences using intent data, behavioral signals, platform targeting options, and retargeting pools. 

  • Support the use of ABMrelated insights when available (e.g., 6sense, ZoomInfo, Demandbase) to enhance targeting — useful but not mandatory. 

  • Monitor performance across channels and apply optimizations to improve CTR, CVR, ROAS, and CPL. 

  • Implement and manage essential tracking elements (UTMs, pixels, conversion events) to ensure accurate reporting. 

  • Create dashboards and performance reports (GA4, Looker Studio, Excel) with actionable insights. 

  • Maintain clear documentation, naming conventions, and scalable structures for efficient campaign deployment. 

  • Collaborate with digital marketing, regional teams, creative, and sales to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with demand generation goals. 

  • Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines. 

Qualifications 

  • 2–4+ years of experience in digital advertising (SEM, SMM, performance marketing). 

  • Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. 

  • Experience with reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms. 

  • Understanding of SEO principles and landingpage optimization. 

  • Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make optimization recommendations. 

  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). 

  • Familiarity with ABM platforms (6sense, ZoomInfo, Demandbase) is a plus, but not required. 

  • Knowledge of Reddit Ads is an asset, but not mandatory.
