Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our HRIS and Payroll teams. This role will focus on payroll auditing, data integrity, and reporting within SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR data analysis, payroll systems, and SuccessFactors reporting tools.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Auditing & Compliance
    • Perform regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
    • Identify discrepancies and collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to resolve issues.
    • Develop and maintain audit reports and dashboards to monitor payroll trends and anomalies.
  • SuccessFactors Reporting
    • Design, build, and maintain reports using SuccessFactors tools (e.g., Report Center, Canvas Reports, Ad Hoc Reports).
    • Support HR and business leaders with custom reporting needs and data insights.
    • Ensure data consistency across modules, especially Employee Central and Payroll.
  • Employee Central Data Management
    • Monitor and maintain data integrity within Employee Central.
    • Collaborate with HRIS and HR teams to support data governance and process improvements.
    • Assist in configuration and testing of Employee Central updates and enhancements.
  • Analytics & Insights
    • Translate business requirements into actionable data models and visualizations.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and patterns.
    • Support HR metrics and KPIs reporting for leadership and compliance purposes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR data analysis, payroll auditing, or HRIS reporting.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central and Reporting tools (Ad Hoc, Canvas, Report Center).
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance standards, and HR data structures.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages for advanced data manipulation.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance regulations (e.g., FLSA, ACA, GDPR, SOX).
  • Experience with SAP Payroll or other enterprise payroll systems.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data governance, data quality frameworks, and audit controls.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experienc  supporting system upgrades, testing, and configuration in HRIS platforms.
