Job Description: 

We are seeking a Customer Advocate Representative at AMETEK Level Measurement Solutions.  In this role, you will serve as a point of contact and work between sales team, regional partners, key customers, factories and Logistics for smooth execution of all orders processed through AMETEK LMS to Dubai or orders directly placed with Aurora & Zele side.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for validating incoming order or contract review & validation for adherence to the Ametek Compliance and LMS policy.
  • Coordinate JAFZA production order and work closely with production, SOP, Logistics for the smooth order delivery coordination with Partners and end customers.
  • Point of contact for the site inspections and coordinate with the production team when sales team are travelling.
  • Work with Sales team and Legal team for reviewing terms and conditions for various stages of requests for quotes order processing support
  • Follow with sales and operations teams & factories in UAE/BELGIUM and USA on shipment readiness and communicate with sales team.
  • Validate orders in line with the country’s export requirements work closely with SOP and customer cell & end customers, regional partners.
  • Serve as point of contact for customers on any pre- and post-order processing issues.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities within the unit.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required.
  • Experience in analytical instrumentation inside sales / coordination.
  • 6-8+ years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales & customer service or similar role.
  • Minimum 5+ years of working experience in MNC or GCC work experience.
  • Able to work flexible hours for coverage in different time zones (Europe & USA) of factory manufacturing locations if required.
  • Project coordination experience with technical documentation & project package documentation is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP packages. Experience in NAVISION will be an added advantage.
  • Solid problem solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
