FARO is seeking a Copywriter that brings our brand to life through clear, compelling storytelling across both short and long-form content. This role shapes how our products, ideas, and value show up in the world—translating complex technology concepts into confident, human messaging that resonates with technical and business audiences alike.
You’ll write everything from punchy campaign copy and digital experiences to deeper thought leadership and educational content, ensuring every touchpoint reflects a consistent, distinctive brand voice.
How you will make a difference @ FARO:
- Develop on-brand copy across short-form channels including social media, paid campaigns, email, web banners, landing pages, and product messaging.
- Write long-form content such as blog articles, case studies, white papers, brochures and eBooks that build trust, clarity, and credibility.
- Translate technical features into clear, benefit-driven narratives that connect with audiences at every stage of the buyer journey.
- Evolve and protect brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content formats.
- Develop on-brand copy across short-form channels including social media, paid campaigns, email, web banners, landing pages, and product messaging.
- Write long-form content such as blog articles, case studies, white papers, brochures and eBooks that build trust, clarity, and credibility.
- Translate technical features into clear, benefit-driven narratives that connect with audiences at every stage of the buyer journey.
- Evolve and protect brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content formats.
- Optimize content for engagement, readability, and conversion while maintaining brand integrity.
- Use performance insights (engagement, CTR, content effectiveness) to refine messaging and creative direction.
- Stay informed on B2B, and brand storytelling trends to keep messaging fresh and relevant.
- Ensure high standards of writing quality, clarity, and attention to detail.
- Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and messaging across all assets.
This position requires:
- 3–5 years of professional copywriting or content writing experience, ideally in B2B or technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both short-form brand copy and long-form storytelling.
- Proven ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.
- Solid understanding of brand voice, messaging frameworks, and content marketing fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and content performance metrics.
- Collaborative, curious, and open to feedback.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
