As a CRM Data Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of customer, sales, and marketing data across our global CRM ecosystem. This role partners closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, and regional teams to support reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain high standards of CRM data quality by performing regular cleansing, deduplication, validation checks, and scheduled audits.
  • Execute core CRM administration tasks, including data imports, user provisioning, product and price book updates, and troubleshooting system issues.
  • Develop and manage insightful reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Design, launch, and optimize Engagement Studio programs to support lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by supporting automation initiatives, improving workflows, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
  • Uphold database hygiene through proactive management of bounces, duplicates, inactive prospects, and overall prospect health.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize Pardot landing pages, forms, form handlers, and dynamic/static content assets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot urgent data discrepancies and reconcile data between CRM and ERP systems.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM, including creating reports, dashboards, and performing data loading activities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data manipulation).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Practical experience using Pardot / Salesforce Account Engagement for marketing automation.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM objects such as Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, and Opportunities.
  • Ability to design and build landing pages, forms, and form handlers within Pardot / Account Engagement.

 

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Salesforce CRM Administrator certification.
  • Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence tools.
  • Exposure to CRM automation, workflows, or data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft).
  • Understanding of data governance and master data management principles.
  • Curiosity and desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
