We have 4 different brands within the Business Unit (ORTEC, Amptek, Scientific Instruments, Sunpower Inc), each with its own Sales team supported by a central Marketing team. All Brands use the same Salesforce CRM platform, but data is Silo’d into separate instances. We are dedicated to driving growth through innovative solutions and exceptional service.
Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Salesforce and Marketing Automation (Pardot) Specialist to join our dynamic team and help us optimize our marketing efforts. You will play a crucial role in managing and developing our Salesforce platform and the built in Pardot tools to support all 4 brands. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance customer engagement, streamline marketing processes, and drive sales growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, optimize workflows, and support marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Management:
- Administer and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Marketing Automation:
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of marketing automation tool (Pardot).
- Design, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns, nurturing programs, and customer journeys.
- Segment and target audiences based on data insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and ongoing support to users of Salesforce and Pardot.
- Develop documentation and training materials to enhance team proficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation.
- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Salesforce and marketing automation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 – 7 years of experience in the field of Marketing Automation and Salesforce
- Proven experience with Salesforce administration and Pardot platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce Administrator certification and/or Pardot certifications are a plus.
