As a Senior Fabrication Welder, you will:
- Perform work with precision, adhering to Standard Work procedures and ensuring the highest quality.
- Identify and report nonconforming conditions or out-of-standard issues to supervisors for resolution.
- Collaborate with your team to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and teamwork.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following 5S methodology.
- Continuously learn and apply new job skills to enhance overall team effectiveness.
- Utilize and troubleshoot equipment for MIG, STICK, TIG, and FLUX core welding.
- Train and mentor team members to improve performance and efficiency.
- Actively participate in identifying and implementing workflow improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Senior Fab Welder Position Requirements
- Experience: 5-7 years of welding experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MIG, STICK, TIG, and FLUX core welding.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Windows) and math skills.
- Competence in using hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, pliers, wrenches) and measurement equipment (e.g., rulers, calipers, tape measures).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stoop, kneel, stand for long periods, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, and depth perception.

Salary Range and Benefits:
The hourly pay range for this position generally ranges between $27.00 - $32.00 Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
