This internship provides an opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented college student to support our teams across operations, sales, engineering, quality, finance, and marketing.

 

What You'll Do:

  • The intern will assist the HR team with employee engagement projects
  • Gather and analyze HR data for various reports
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholder group to ensure successful completion of assigned projects
  • Assist with the update and creation of HR documentation
  • Perform ad-hoc requests in line with business priorities

 

Do You Have?..

  • Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate 4-year degree program in Business, Human Resources, or related degree
  • Standing junior or senior
  • Strong decision making, judgment and analytical ability.
  • Good interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with software programs like Word or Excel.

Compensation

Employee Type:  Hourly
Salary Minimum:  $40,000
Salary Maximum:  $45,000
Incentive:  No
