Job Description: 

The HR Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the Level Measurement Solutions (LMS) human resources department in various administrative functions. This position may also support other Measurement, Communication and Test (MCT) businesses as needed. Your duties will ensure the smooth operation of the HR team and facilitate effective communication between management and employees. This position requires strong organizational skills, an understanding of HR practices, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
  • Administer employee changes (promotions, transfers, terminations) in HRIS systems.
  • Assist with employee inquiries related to HR policies and company benefits.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives as directed.
  • Develop and execute internal HR communication plans and messaging
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events
  • Support and execute special HR projects including process improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Assist in automating HR workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Develop and document HR processes and SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Coordinate and participate in campus recruiting efforts, including event planning, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling.
  • Generate and analyze HR and compensation reports to support decision-making and compliance.
  • Monitor and follow up with managers on HR and compensation deadlines, ensuring timely completion of required actions.
  • Provide coverage for HR support functions during team absences or open positions, ensuring continuity of service and responsiveness.

Employee Type:  Hourly
Salary Minimum:  $40,000
Salary Maximum:  $60,000
