Are you interested in gaining hands-on experience while pursuing your college degree? If you’re eager to build professional communication skills, learn customer service fundamentals, and gain exposure to real-world business systems, this internship is a great opportunity to grow your confidence and capabilities. Interns will work closely with experienced team members and receive training and guidance as they develop skills in customer interaction, problem-solving, and internal processes.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with reviewing and managing incoming customer and internal requests
  • Support customer inquiries related to orders, documentation, and shipping timelines
  • Participate in handling customer phone calls and email correspondence with guidance
  • Communicate with sales representatives and internal teams to help resolve inquiries
  • Assist with preparing customer quotes using established tools and processes
  • Create and update customer records within internal systems (e.g., CRM software)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist with reports or tracking tools
  • Learn how customer concerns are evaluated and routed for resolution
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process discussions

 

Do You Have?..

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic math skills, including pricing and percentages
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn new systems

Compensation

Employee Type:  Hourly
Salary Minimum:  $40,000
Salary Maximum:  $45,000
Incentive:  No
