What You'll Do:
- Assist with reviewing and managing incoming customer and internal requests
- Support customer inquiries related to orders, documentation, and shipping timelines
- Participate in handling customer phone calls and email correspondence with guidance
- Communicate with sales representatives and internal teams to help resolve inquiries
- Assist with preparing customer quotes using established tools and processes
- Create and update customer records within internal systems (e.g., CRM software)
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with reports or tracking tools
- Learn how customer concerns are evaluated and routed for resolution
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process discussions
