Inside Sales Specialist - FARO CREAFORM 
In this role, the primary responsibility is to contribute to sales growth within the assigned territory by supporting and executing multiple stages of the sales process (both direct and indirect) as our new Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Peel 3D sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and required sales documentation;  
  • For direct sales: manage and follow up on sales opportunities, and organize web-based product demonstrations when needed;  
  • For indirect sales: follow up with distributors to support and advance sales activities;  
  • Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing through to delivery;  
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation throughout the sales cycle;  
  • Build and sustain strong, professional relationships with customers and partners;  
  • Maintain and update price lists to ensure accuracy and consistency;  
  • Ensure proper use of Salesforce CRM, adhering to established processes, data quality standards, and best practices;  
  • Facilitate internal communication within the sales team and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and strategies. 


What will help you succeed at FARO CREAFORM:

  • Have a degree in business, administration, engineering or relevant field; 
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales in a manufacturing/technological environment; 
  • Have a strong interest for high technology and towards learning about technological products. 
  • Have minimum experience in a technical field, sales and/or customer support; 
  • Be results-oriented; 
  • Being bilingual (English-Spanish) is essential for internal and external communication;
