Job Title:  Production Worker

The position is part of the ADK production/assembly team.

The production assembler will build sensor assemblies and products as necessary to meet company’s goals. Under moderate supervision, assembling, document, and resolving discrepancies.

• Ability to assemble from work instructions and schematics as required.

• Maintain created quality records according to the ISO quality system.

• Inspection and test according to determined guidelines

• Connects component wires to printed circuit or routes and connects wires between individual component leads and other components, connectors, terminals, and contact points.

• Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in RTD and TC probes.

• Assemble and attach hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches, to assemblies.

• Good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity to work with small parts.

• Adhere to safety and company policies and procedures.

• Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

The resource has direct impact on our turnover and ability to secure deliverance. This position is highly critical for all revenue generating processes at the ADK location.
